The staff were helpful, attentive, did all they can for a really enjoyable stay. Location: the hotel was next to North Dakota, and Tioga. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Located on State Highway 40, this newly constructed hotel offers excellent amenities. The rooms are comfortable and functional with a kitchen and DirecTV service. The staff is attentive and the breakfast provides a variety of choices. The evening lounge doubles as a dining area with reasonably priced dinner options.

Road noise can be overwhelming on the highway side of the building, especially in the early morning.

I recently stayed at Mainstay Suites and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for my needs and the facilities were top-notch. The lobby and rooms had a trendy décor that made me feel right at home. The customer service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The added bonus of a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge was a major convenience. Additionally, having a restaurant right in the hotel was a big plus.

The only minor downside was that I prefer standard-sized pillows, and the ones provided were a bit smaller than I am used to.
